Mobile Massage Services
Why not just sit back and let us come to you? We can massage you in your home, your hotel or B&B, so all you have to do afterwards is relax. There'll be no dealing with traffic or weather or anything else, you just float off the massage table and into your comfy chair. We'll bring everything needed for your massage, and all you need to do is tell us when to be there. If there's 2 or a group, you can elect to have your massages at the same time. All treatments are available in your home.

Remedial / Deep Tissue Massage
When there's a nagging pain or an overload of tension somewhere in the body, Remedial massage can help alleviate pain, tension, postural imbalance and stress. Trigger Point Therapy, Myofacial Release, Stretching and Deep Compressions are used to soften the armour that constricts the body, allowing you to let go and enjoy deep relaxation. Treatments are tailored to your needs on the day, whether it be injury recovery, general tension release, muscle spasms and pain relief or a firm stress busting massage.

De-stress Massage
When the body is tired, the mind is over worked and you crave a peaceful sanctuary, a de-stress massage could be perfect for unlocking the stress on your body and mind. This gentle, flowing massage with warm aromatic oils will leave feeling calm, relaxed and nurtured. If you love a gentle rhythmic massage or cant have deep tissue work for health reasons this is definitely the one for you.

Preganacy Massage
Regular massage will help you breeze through this wonderful time feeling calm and better able to cope with the many changes that can challenge your physical and emotional balance. Massage will relax and soothe aching tired muscles and joints, promote better sleep, reduce fluid retention in your feet and ankles, and make you feel more supple all over. All care is taken to ensure you are given a safe and appropriate treatment that will leave you feeling fabulous. NB: The belly is never massaged in pregnancy massage.

A fantastic back, shoulder, neck and mood reviver! Great option for offices and large groups wanting to add something special to their function or as a regular staff moral booster. You sit in a comfortable massage chair fully clothed and just relax while all your stress and aches and pains are massage away.
